Drontal® plus has a wide spectrum of anthelmintic action at all stages of development of round and tapeworms, including Toxocara canis, Toxocara leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala, Echinococcus multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum, Multiceps multiceps, Taenia spp., Mesoce.

The action of febantel leads to disruption of muscle innervation, paralysis, death of nematodes and promotes their elimination from the gastrointestinal tract. The action of pyrantel embonate leads to irreversible paralysis and muscle contracture in nematodes, which leads to the death of the parasite and promotes its elimination from the gastrointestinal tract. The action of praziquantel leads to disruption of muscle innervation, paralysis and death of cestodes.
